It is exactly like it sounds, it is a vertical spinner attached to a choping lift arm.

Strengths:

• protected wheels.
• lift arm chops in front, and in back
• Can use chop arm to flip itself right-side-up

Weaknesses:

• Drives very slowly
• Could be Smashed by an asteroid from outer space
• Could be destroid by a railrod spike faling on it

A small, and compact opponent-flipping robot.

Strengths:

• lifts 300 G of weight.
• can use flipper lever to flip back up when upside-down

Weaknesses:

• Can be burned by a flamethrower.
